Hat-Trick for Ewing Oil
The death today of Amy Winehouse, 27, not only gives Ewing Oil 73 points, but an additional 10 points for their third death in the month of July (Sherwood Schwartz, Betty Ford). Ewing Oil now leads Sweet Valley Death by a score of 246-64.

Ford, Schwartz Bite the Dust
Ewing Oil has scored a combined 13 points this week following the deaths of Betty Ford, 93, and Sherwood Schwartz, 94, both off their grandfathered list. Their deaths give Ewing Oil a 163-64 lead, and they are 2/3 of the way towards a hat trick for the month of July.
