Don't Forget the Moneyballs

The start of the 2012 season of Our Sick Game can only mean one thing: the long-awaited announcement of Moneyball selections.

Sweet Valley Death has selected Etta James (73) as their Moneyball for 2012. James earn SVD 54 points upon her death. For their Moneyball selection, Ewing Oil has chosen their 2011 4th of July pick, Gary Carter (57). His death would earn Ewing Oil 86 big points.

Good luck to Sweet Valley Death, Etta James, Ewing Oil, and Gary Carter in the upcoming season.

Scoring Correction

It was incorrectly reported in April that Sydney Lumet died while on Ewing Oil's team. Lumet belongs to Sweet Valley Death and therefore deserves his 14 points. This makes the revised score 378-157 in favor of Ewing Oil.

Ewing Oil Loses Number 1 Pick

2011 top draft pick for Ewing Oil, 62-year old moneyball Christopher Hitchens, has died. His 76 points adds to Ewing Oil's lead, making the score 392-143 with just a few weeks remaining in the season.
